replace blanks in text with + signs

How do you replace blank spaces in text in a cell with + signs?
e.g., to convert "bugs bunny cartoon" into "bugs+bunny+cartoon"

Select the area you wish to change.........then Edit > Replace > type a space
in the "Find what:" window blank and type the Plus sigh in the "Replace with"
window > ReplaceAll
