Replace Damaged Office 2003 Student Teacher Edition

I own a copy of Office 2003 Student Teacher Edition. Need to re-install the
software but the CD is broken. I do have the Product Key. Can I download a
version of the software using my product key? If I need to replace the
damaged CD, how can I do this?

Please help!!!!
