Replace myDocuments, myPictures, etc with folders on another drive

I am using Office 2007 on both Vista Home Perium and XP Pro machines. I
recently installed an NAS drive and would like to move all Office default
directories to sharefolders on the drive. How can I do this?

I already have set defualt folders for PPT. However, when I want to use a
photo from a sharefolder it always takes me to myPictures the first time.

Assuming the defaults can be moved safely, can the names be changed as well?

Rt Click on My Documents Icon, takes you to properties, which in turn allows
you to move to another drive
