Replace one shape by another one

I would like to replace a shape by another one. I would like that the new
one take the place of the old one (take the text and arrow at the same
place).

Hi,

The problem is:
- I need to buy another thing to do what i want
- I need to ask the administrator to install it on my notebook and he'll
probably said no.
