Replace Product CD and Key after activation

I have activated my Office 2003 pro software. Now I've got a problem with the
configuration, corrupted somehow. I am trying to restre my configuration and
can't find my CD or product key. Since I have previously activated, I would
like to have a way to have a new C and product key sent to me.
