If it is a retail version of Office XP (in other words, it did
not come preinstalled on your computer by the computer
manufacturer), then see http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=326246
"How to Replace Lost, Broken, or Missing Microsoft Software or
Hardware".
A fellow MVP, Mary Sauer, recently posted a link for possible replacement of
OEM software. I don't know of anyone who has ever filled out this form but
it could be a great help to some people. We all know that OEM builders will
*NOT* help you with lost software.
There are some requirements that must be fulfilled but they don't seem to
out of the ordinary.
