replacement for photo editor?

Hi,

It seems like Photo Editor doesn't exist in Office 2003. Can anyone suggest
a good replacement? I haven't found any editors that allowed you to open 2
or more images and then use the Window|Tile menu option to view all images
at the same time. I've tried ACDsee and the new Office Picture Manager, but
none have the Tile feature.

You can get PE back by doing a custom install from your previous version, or
purchase an editing program such as Adobe Elements or JASC.
