replacing comma with another symbol

Hi I have a column of figures like

21,95
15,50
26,45

I would like to replace the comma and instead show

21:95
15:50
26:45

I have tried to convert it to text and replace the comma but it doesn't work.

Can anybody help me please?

Assuming data is in A1 down, put this in B1 and drag down.

=SUBSTITUTE(A1,",",":")
