replay and forward body not showing

I am using outlook 2003, some mails if I try to forward or replay body of the
mail is not showing but not all the mails, please help me resolve this issue.

If you have your antivirus program configured to scan your email, uninstall it
and reinstall it without the mail scanning feature. See if that makes a
difference.
