Replied and Forwarded Icons in Outlook 2007 are not appearing

When I reply to and forward emails, arrow icons do not mark the emails. I
have Outlook 2007 and Vista. I have read many messages below regarding
similar problems in Outlook 2003, but the solutions did not work for me. I
could not find an Icon link in Field Chooser. Please help!
