'Replied to' flags from Outlook Web Accessdon't show up in Entourage

If a user logs on to remotely check their mail - using OWA to connect to the Exchange server - and replies to a mail, although the 'replied to' flag is correct in OWA, it never gets sync'd back in Entourage.

So an unread email, which is read and replied to using OWA, will appear as READ in Entourage back in the office, but will not appear to have been REPLIED to. Which is very confusing for users who don't know whether they have replied to messages or not (apart from looking in sent items).

Anybody else come across this? Got a solution?

PS I have tried emptying the Cache, the Reply to column IS showing, and all other flags work correctly!

Yes, this is a known issue. Have you tried the Entourage EWS beta? I'm
not sure if it's corrected there, but it may be.
