Help please!
Win98SE; outlook 2002;
On some messages that I reply to, the replies have a grey background and I have to change to "Plain Text" format to get
a white background.
This doesn't happen on all replies. It seems to be when I reply to messages from just some senders. Is there a way to
control this? I've looked in Tools/Options and everything is set to send as plain text (which is what I prefer).
