Reply Address

I have a problem when people are 'replying' to my Email.

Sometimes when they hit reply, my reply address seems to be in single quotes
in their To address i.e. '(e-mail address removed)', rather than (e-mail address removed).

In the reply to section of my Email client my address is set to
(e-mail address removed).

Can anyone tell me why this is happening to some people who reply to my
Emails. The consequence is that Email addressed with the single quotes are
not being delivered, and worse are not bouncing to the senders!!!

What type of mail account do you have and which version of outlook?

Not sure what you mean by 'type of mail account' - POP3????

I am using Outlook 2002 SP3

the quotes should not have an effect on the delivery of the email and are
controlled by the senders client.

What type of mail account do you have and which version of outlook?
