Reply All Problem

Hi

Mercur 3.3 on NT
Microsoft Postoffice
Outlook 2000 on 2000 Pro

When users use the "Reply All" button in Outlook they receive the "No
Transport Provider was available . . ." message. Tried Knowledge Base
Article 197417. Every Step. Didn't work.

Has anyone heard of this? Is there a fix? Any help will be appreciated.
Hate telling users to reply and copy everyone manually. Thanks
