Edited Reply and Forward do not Send but remain in Outlook, with the bold
italics customary before sending having changed to regular font. Icon on the
left appears to be opened mail. No amount of clicking the Send/Receive
button on the tool bar matters, and no amount of clicking the Send button on
the opened message helps. My only choice is to copy and paste the whole
thing into a New Message and send. This is a nuisance, and not the way
Outlook should work. I used Outlook 2000 for about 2 years prior to
installing 2003 about October 10, 2004.
Is there a protocol I'm not following, or is something wrong with my Outlook
2003?
Cannot find the answer anywhere on Microsoft customer support pages.
