I have tried several suggestions that have been post to fix this
problem, but still it continues.
When ever I try to reply to messages, I will get the following error:
"Microsoft Word is set to be your e-mail editor. However, Word is
unavailable, not installed, or is not the same version as Outlook.
The Outlook editor will be used instead."
Outlook and Word were both installed as part of Office 2003.
I have tried the following:
-Performed a repair install.
Problem continued.
-Uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2003.
Problem continued.
-Applied Office 2003 SP1.
Problem continued.
-Re-registered OLE32.DLL and MSRDO20.DLL and performed a repair.
Problem continued.
There is an additional bug that happens when Word is set to be the
email editor. Selecting Contacts from the address book will cause an
"Interface is not supported." error.
Any suggests, short of suggesting I turn off Word as the editor, would
be appreciated.
Thanks,
Burton
