reply flag sync between entourage and exchange server

I've noticed that when I reply to an email, a reply flag appears in Entourage, but it doesn't get synced to the Exchange server. In other words, when I'm at the office using MS Outlook or when I'm using Outlook Web Access, I have no record of having replied to an email after I've replied to it with Entourage at home. Any ideas what the problem is?

This is a known issue. Entourage was not designed to sync the status flags.

Please be sure to let Microsoft know you'd like to see this feature in
future versions by using the Help --> Send Feedback mechanism in any
Office application.
