Reply Forward Arrows Missing

User is running Outlook 2003 with mutiple delegates. Things that have been
tried: new computer, new profile, removing and adding back the icon field and
running cleanviews switch. Delegates were still accessing the mailbox when
the above items were tried. Does anyone have another other suggestions?
