Reply/Forward Arrows not displayed in Icon field

Hi All,
We have some problems with 2 users that started happening a little while
back with Outlook and was wondering if anyone can help?

When the users reply to an e-mail the icon in the mailbox view is not
updated to show whether it has been replied/forwarded, it just shows as
read. It only seems to happen on occasion but can be frustrating for the
user.

Is there some sort of Outlook bug that can cause this?

I've already tried resetting views (within Outlook), using the /clearviews
switch with Outlook, reinstalling/repairing Office (2003 and 2007), created
a new Outlook profile, I've exmerged the mailbox out then created a new
mailbox and reimported it, and even setup a whole new user account and
re-imported the mail into that, yet this still keeps appearing.

Any ideas anyone?
