reply / forward messages won't send

Equine Chiropractor

When I reply/forward messages they sit in my Outlook 2003 Outbox in a section
that is titled 'date -- none'. These messages do not send when I push
send/receive. When I create a message from scratch they go into the Outlook
2003 Outbox in a section titled 'date -- today' and are sent with the normal
send/receive.

Any help you can offer would be appreciated.
