Reply/Forward shows tiny version of email

Outlook 2007 (12.0.6300.5000) SP1 MSO (12.0.6113.1000)
Vista ultimate (6.0.6001 SP 1 Build 6001)

When I reply to a HTML or TEXT message the resulting image of the email is
very small, all fonts and imbeded JPG's are very tiny. Haven't installed
anything new on the machine, but it did receive an update yesterday. I'm
suspecting the update. If I change the message type from HTML to TEXT the
issue isn't fixed. If I forward the email as is, it looks ok when I sent it
to myself. and, the preview pane shows it properly as well, but when I pull
it up to reply/forward, then it shown tiny.

Any hints?

I'm going to uninstall all updates applied yesterday.

I'll update this thread on the results.

Update: I've removed the following fixes: KB946983, KB951978, KB947801,
KB950113, KB952709, KB947590, KB950114, KB952463, KB951808, KB946974,
KB950582, KB950378. and the issue still occurs.

Since I could not remove Office SP1 (for Office 2007), I had to uninstall
Office, and reinstall from scratch (rebooted in-between). The issue still
occurs.

I'll do some more hunting on the internet to determine if there is a
solution, and update this issue as I progress.

Issue resolved:

I found this comment in another thread:
"I had the same problem as described above - and the fix suggested did work.
Holding the control key down and rolling the mouse button fixed it.Thanks -
it's an easy fix, but for a few moments, there, I had wondered what the heck
happened. I was going into Outlook's/Tools/Options, etc. looking for a
setting in Outlook that did it!"
