Outlook problems and freezing
i have a client that has MS office 2002 installed. he uses microsoft outlook
w/ sp3 and whenever he tries to reply to an email the outlook program
freezes. if you close the outlook.exe file using the task manager, ms word
comes up as the editor and you can then type your email.
i can't seem to get this error to go away and i can't find any technical
documents describing how to fix this issue
i have tried applying all neccesary ms updates for office. i have also
tried uninstalling and reinstalling ms office 2002. ive tried changing the
mail editor but i get the same result.
the error message says " can't find this file. make sure the path and
filename are correct"
