Reply messages disppearing

I have an employee that has Outlook 2007 installed on their computer. When
she replies to a message I sent her, I cannot see the message. The space is
blank. When I hit REPLY then I can see her message.

Does the message show in Outlook Safe Mode?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe

If so, the issue is caused by a 3rd party addin. Disable them all and enable
them one by one to find the culprit.

If you have a virus scanner which integrates with Outlook, it can corrupt
the message as well. Disable/uninstall its integration with Outlook and try
again.
