Reply only visible in AutoPreview

I have five users that cannot see the reply to emails
that they have sent. The only way to see the reply is to
turn on the AutoPreview option. When opening the email,
they can only see their original message. Each of the
five users are receiving the replies from different
people. No other users report any problems even when
receiving replies from the same people. All are using
Outlook 2002.
