Reply To in Forms Change to Submit Email Address and not default email

How can I change the Reply to the person submitting the form. Form
keeps placing default email address. Have Email_Address set in forms
as the person submittting the form. I keep getting the form submitted
to me from me.

Any help would be appreciated
