Reply to post w/in FP discussion web

I am setting up a discussion http://web at www.thebibleblblog.com on
www.thebiblblog.com/forum_frm the new post link is working but the reply
button consistently returns a page unavailable messeage. Is there a problem
with hw I have the site set up or is this likely to be a server problem.
