reply using pre written email

Hi,

I get alot of emails that I could reply using a lengthy pre written message.
Is there a way I can reply to emails using a pre written message of my
choice in Microsoft Outlook (not express).
I dont want it to be an automatic response set by rules. I need to do this
manually other than having to write the same message over and over.

Any help is much appreciated

use a template.

How do I tell Outlook I want to reply to a message using a certain template?
I have never used them so I am very new to this.

I don't know either - try putting "template" into Help.

Put the message in as a signature. Then insert,
signature and choose the one you want.
