Reply with Specific Template

Hi,

Is it possible to get Outlook to reply to a sender every time a certain
condition (filter) is met? I understand its designed to prevent this, but
can you override this?

You can with a message rule.

If you are on Exchange make sure the rule is server based and check with
your admin if automatic reply to the Internet is enabled.
If you are not on Exchange you must have Outlook open 24/7 in order to let
it process the rule
