Reply with Video option greyed out

Hello,

I recently installed the Video E-Mail add-in for Outlook
2003. The 'Reply with Video' and the 'Reply to All with
Video' buttons did indeed show up on the
toolbar...however no matter what I do, they are ALWAYS
greyed out.

My web came works perfectly with all other programs, but
I can not figure this one out.

Any ideas would be appreciated!

What camera do you use and how does it attach? There reports with some
models not working with it.
