Yes, the DST is set on some and not on others. The weird
thing is if it is set on, the problem can occur and even
if it is set off(as far as I recall) it still happens.
What is happening, if meetings are schedules by one person
they expect everyone to come at that time, but some get
the meeting at an earlier time and other on time so
meeting are getting all messed up. This never happened
before even with the same install of Windows 98 so there
must be a bug out there. I notice others having simular
problems but no solutions.
