Make sure you are reply settings are set correctly;
Tools-> Options-> tab Preferences-> button E-mail Options-> frame On replies
and forwards

When replying to certain e-mails, the original message to which I want to
replay does not open up. I am left with a blank page. Does anyone have a
possible explanation for this? It just started happening within the last
week or so.
