Replying not in original format

When someone sends me an email in html format, when i
reply, the response is also in html. How do i set it to
default to always reply in rtf?

Tools...Options...Mail Format

As far as I know, you can do this. You also don't want to do this because
Microsoft Outlook is the only e-mail client that understands Rich Text
Format. Internet mail clients like Outlook Express, Netscape, The Bat!,
Eudora, .etc only understand plain text and html format.

you can't and for good reason: RTF is the worst format to use - only Outlook
"understands" it.
