Replying to a large amount of emails

I need help, Can some one help me. I receive thousands of emails everyday. I want the ability to move them to a folder and do a Reply to all emails sent to me. When I highlight more that one email I want to respond to the REPLY button becomes grey. Why Can't I do a reply for a selected amount of Emails. Please help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! urgent

if the reply you are sending is the same each day to everyone, then set
up a rule to reply using a template.
