Replying to a message using a rule

I use 'rules and alerts' to sort emails into folders including those received
from an account I have with 1and1.co.uk.

I can send and receive emails through this 1and1.co.uk account using Outlook.

What doesn't work is when I set a rule to respond to an email received
through this account. I've tested it by sending emails to myself and the
first time I do so I get an error message in Outlook that it cannot reply.
Subsequent attempts from the same email account don't work but there are no
error messages.

"reply using <template>"

Did you define the template and select for use by your auto-reply rule?
If not, you sure that rule is still enabled?

Hi!
Unfortunatly uninstalling KB969907 seems no longer like a possibility after
Office 2007 SP2 is installed.
The problem has surfaced the last couple of months.
I'm encountering the same issue... Cant reply....
I'm also using templates.

Any more suggestions?
