Replying to all messages in a folder, can it be done?

I have a rule for certain emails to go into a specified folder. I'd like to reply to everyone in that folder without cutting and pasting all the addresses, is there a way to do this?

I found some info regarding bulkreply.oft but although I've downloaded it I cannot get it to work with 2003. It opens and asks for the folder to reference but after I choose one it goes to a Create Bulk Reply - Discussion screen, when I cick on Create Reply it does nothing, just sits there.

I suppose I'm doing something wrong.

create a rule to reply to all messages with a specific template (make the
template first) then use run now to run it on the folder.
