Replying to Emails

I use windows 2007. When I receive an e-mail the view is in a normal
size/font, but when I hit reply the screen size increases and the cursor and
original message doubles in size. This is a new problem for me- did not have
this issue before today- is there something I can adjust in Outlook to
correct?
