Replying to mail opens Save As dialog box

Have an end user that whenever they reply to a message and start typing, the
Save As dialog box opens. I removed the exchange profile from the mail
applet on her XP machine and reinstalled the profile. Same problem. This is
Outlook 2007. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

She said she didn't do anything, it all of sudden started happening. Which I
have a hard time believing.
