Replying to Plain Text emails in HTML, but Signature doesn't show

I am using Outlook 2002. When I receive a Plain Text email and reply, I
change the format to HTML. However, my signature (which includes a hyperlink)
is not showing up, even when I try to insert it directly into that reply. Is
there any way to format the signature to show up on any and all HTML replies
I send?
