Replying to texts sent via Outlook 2007 SMS Link

On this help page for Outlook 2007:

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HA101078921033.aspx

it states under the heading, "How Outlook Mobile Service works:"

"If your message recipients want to reply, they can do so from their
respective mobile phones. The messages sent by the recipients are handled by
their respective mobile service providers and sent back to the Web service
for Outlook Mobile Service. From there the messages are sent back to your
e-mail Inbox, your mobile phone, or both, depending on the preferences you
choose."

That being said, I am *not* receiving replies to texts I send via Outlook
2007 (either in my inbox or on my phone), and cannot find somewhere to change
the "preferences you choose" the help implies would affect where these
replies are sent.

Does anyone know how to make it so that replies to such texts come to your
Outlook inbox or mobile phone? (as an aside, from what I can tell I have SMS
Link otherwise configured correctly, including having the account in an
active send/receive group, and am able to successfully send texts to myself
and to others).
