typically when I reply to a message it keeps the original message and
shows my response.
When i reply using a template it just shows the template.
I don't believe you can include the original message when replying by
template.

I didn't ask where the account was, I asked what type. That answer would be
one of "Exchange", "POP", "IMAP", or "HTTP". Doesn't matter any more,
though.
