Replying

I created a template by going to... New, Tools, Forms,
Design a form. From the drop down box it defaulted to
Look in standard forms Library... Then dragged the needed
fields to the left and placed them in the grey area
provided. When I send it to someone it appears exactly
how it is supposed to, but when they try to reply with the
data filled in, it loses the fields in the dark grey area,
and only replys with the text area. Can I make it so the
fields stay when one replies?
