Report action cancelled

In a multi-user enviroment, where my database resides on a netweork file
server, certain individuals cannot run ANY of the reports that have been
created. The error that is created is err2501, "The open report action was
cancelled". It is only a few people that this error occurs on, but it should
NOT happen to anyone. Any help is greatly appreceated.
