I have a preprinted paper form with 2 customer order blocks on it. I need a
query that will provide me with 2 records at a time until all records in the
group have been worked.
Right now I am using a Access report simulating the paper form. I use a
subform set in columns and it prints the records fine when there is an even
number of records. When there is an odd number of records to print the
formatted block is not printed and should be.
How can I make the formatted block print or add a blank entry to the process
so there will be two blocks printed on the last page.
