Report Controls overlap when note control grows.

I have a report with a note control with the "Can Grow"
set to True. When the control grows the fields underneath
it are not pushed down to allow for the note to expand.
This causes the text of the note to overlap the controls
below it.

Any help would be appreciated.

The size and position of the control *in design view* must be such that the
very bottom of the control is higher than the very top of the controls
beneath it. Then they should get "pushed" down the page as it grows.
