Report delegates of all users

Narasimha Ganti

I want to be able to report delegates set for each user in
our exchange organization. These delegates are set locally
on the outlook client. Is the a way to do this (scripts,
utilities, etc) in an automated fashion? The mail client
is Outlook 2000.
