Report for next for duty's

Hello,

currently I have several reports that identify the next person for a
particular duty in date order. However the duty is not in strict rotation if
I could get a reprot to show as below:

Tea Duty Last Time Before That Before That

Mr Smith 1-Jan-05 14-Dec-04
Mr Jones 9-Dec-04 9-Nov-04 1-May-04

Etc etc

It would then show me for instance that Mr Smith, although only done the
duty twice, he did it 3 weeks apart. But Mr Jones had a 6 month gap between
the duty. Therefore I would let Mr Smith off this duty for a while and find
some else down the list.

Can anyone help, please

Duane Hookom

You could place the duty dates in a multicolumn subreport. The subreport
could be sorted on the date descending. The main report would not have the
date records, only the unique persons.

Duane,

Thanks for the help, but being not too good at Access, how do i build a
Muticolumn report? Sub report no problem, I know how.
