I have a parameter driven query base for my report. This
query pulls the "destination" information and any
products on the order. Its not quite that simple but
that is the general jist.
I currently have the report set up with the "destination"
information in the report header, and the product
information in the report detail. The problem starts
that I am trying to set this all up to be printed on pre-
printed software.
I have 2 controls(not sure that is the right word I am
mostly self taught) in the report footer, that need to be
in a specific place. I have a very specific area for the
product information to be shown in. It is big enough for
3 products to be displayed on one form.
The problem is, when there is more than one product, the
information in the footer gets moved down the page and
sometimes to the next page when the report is created.
My question is...
Is there any way to control how big the report details
part is(ie only big enough for the 3 products)? If not,
anyone have any suggestions as to how keep the
information in the footer in the same place as long as
there are only 3 products?
Thanks for any help
