Report from a Form

Hi guys,

I 've created a form that runs ID,Name, Pay Codes (REG,VAC,OVT)afte
specifing a date range. When I run the form I get everything I want.
Now I want when I run the form the results to be displayed in
report.How do I do that?

Any ideas are greatly appreciated..
