Report Generation Not Consistant

Hello,

Im managing atleast 2 databases displaying similar situations: A user uses a
form to generate a report, but the report generated is not consistant even
though the underlying data has not changed.

problem 1: 1 user when opening a report in preview mode, sometimes the data
shown in the graph is garbage (ie made up), and not all the months that are
supposed to be on the graph show up (instead of jan-dec it shows jan-oct);
however, if the user closes the report and then re-opens it, it generates
fine. This seems to be random between which reports in the system that this
occurs to; however, it does not happen on any other machine.

problem 2: this is very similar to problem 1 however, regenerating the
report does not fix the problem. here if the graph is supposed to show
jan-dec it only shows jan-oct and you can slightly see nov being cut off on
the end. This seems to only happen on this one users machine and not on any
others.

We cant seem to narrow down the problem, but both problems do not occur on
any other machine accept the 2 users experiancing them

any suggestions?
