Report Help

Hi, I am new to access. I have an admin expense database that tells me what
the admins have spent. I want to run a monthly report which I have set up
that tells me what they bought and spent. The issue is: I have a monthly
budget allowance, for example February is 18000.00. I want to see how much
budget is left over after the total expenses are taken out for the month.
